The NLCBA Mentoring Program is an exciting new initiative that launched May 1st, 2024. The program matches newly admitted attorneys with experienced members of the bar, who serve as mentors providing guidance, direction and advice for a one-year term. Newly admitted attorneys for any size firm, solo practitioners and those still seeking employment are encouraged to participate.
